The Food Lab based in the British Virgin Islands is a raw vegan multi-functional kitchen founded by Federica Feliziani in 2013. 
Federica is Italian and moved to the BVI in 1995, her artistic and entrepreneurial experience, creative background and passion for food inspired the creation of the Food Lab project. The idea was elaborated as a necessity to absorb the abundances of organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables produced by Good Moon Farm.
After designing and building the kitchen with the integration of dehydrators, professional appliances and equipment, the Food Lab Team initiated the first raw and vegan delicacies made in the BVI.
